Looks like Halle Berry might have finally gotten the break she’s been looking for in her battle with her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, over custody of their daughter Nahla.
After the Thanksgiving fisticuffs incident between Aubry and Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez, Berry filed a temporary “order of protection” against Aubry. That order is due to expire on Tuesday, but sources say that Berry is already one step ahead of the game, and is filing for a PERMANENT restraining order ASAP.
Sources say that Berry is planning to argue that Aubry has an uncontrollable temper, and is not reliable enough to protect Nahla. Berry is also planning to argue that is Aubry a risk to herself, Nahla, and Martinez.
This is a card that Berry’s lawyers have played before, but this time Aubry has fallen right into their hands. In addition to possibly having a restraining order put against him, Aubry may also face criminal battery charges for his role in the fight last weeked.
Doesn’t look like it’s going to end up well for the kid.
