Exclusive: Oprah Turns Out For Alfre Woodard’s 4th Annual Cinema Sistah’s Soiree

It’s not often Oprah Winfrey comes to an event, so when she does it’s a big deal.

HipHollywood caught up with Lady O as she dropped by Alfre Woodard’s 4th Annual Cinema Sistah’s Soiree to surprise the ladies in attendance who included Halle Berry, Viola Davis, Kerry Washington, Zoe Saldana and Loretta Devine to name a few.

Winfrey told us exclusively that she just had to come after years of being invited. She also revealed if she’ll be at the Oscar’s on Sunday, saying, “I’ll be in my pajama’s. I have those froggy slippers I got from when I was on GMA celebrating Robin Roberts, I’ll be in my froggy slippers watching.”

Woodard hosted the dinner sponsored by Rémy Martin. This year the ladies paid tribute to women who’ve made an impact in Hollywood including pioneer and icon Diahann Carroll along with Halle Berry, Kerry Washington and Lorraine Toussaint.
