Kris Humphries seems to have an ““irreconcilable differences” problem! Humphries, who’s been locked in a legal battle with wife Kim Kardashian for over a year now, faces a setback as his attorney Marshall Waller filed a motion to be removed as his legal counsel.
Citing “irreconcilable differences”, Waller petitioned the court to quit the case right before a hearing based on Kardashian’s request to get a court date set as soon as possible. Many theories are floating around to why Humphries won’t just grant Kim her divorce – the are reports that Humphries could legally claim the baby as his own and speculation that Humphries has deliberately been delaying the case in order to get some sort of revenge. Whatever the case it seems it’s backfiring on the Nets star, because everyone seems to have gotten over the situation but him.
HipHollywood offices reached out to get clarification on the case and a statement from Marshall Waller, but he wasn’t available for comment.
Depending on today’s court date, this may not be over for a while. Kim is due to give birth in July. Do you think it’s wise for Humphries to drag this case out any further?
