Drake and Chris Brown Point The Finger

Chris Brown and Drake are still feeling the legal repercussions of their bar fight last summer.  Some media outlets have reported that the two rappers were suing each other, and while that’s not exactly true, their legal teams ARE still at war over the numerous third-party lawsuits that were sparked by the brawl.

One of the lawsuits was filed by a model named Romain Julien, who was injured during the brawl.  According to sources, both Breezy’s and Drakes attorneys have filed responses to his lawsuit, and in both cases –  they each point the finger at why the other guy is legally responsible for Julien’s injuries!

Brown’s team denies that Brown was ever intoxicated that night, and claims that he had no knowledge of Drake’s alleged “Rihanna note” – aka “The Note That Set It All Off.”  According to Brown’s team, any injuries that Julien suffered were caused by “unidentified individuals who were unassociated with Brown and not by Brown or any individuals under his control.”

Drake’s team is similarly denying any responsibility in the incident.  According to Team Drake, ”any injuries and/or damages sustained by the plaintiff were the result of the unforeseen and unforeseeable criminal acts of persons not under the control of” the “Started From The Bottom” rapper; and the fault lies with Breezy and Club W.I.P.

As Julien’s lawsuit is just the first of many filed against Drake, Brown, and Club W.I.P (who, by the way, are also suing Drake and Brown themselves), expect a lot more where that came from!
