In case you missed it, Cissy Houston set the record straight regarding whether or not her daughter Whitney Houston lip-synched the National Anthem.
HipHollywood head honcho and omg!Insider host Kevin Frazier set down with Cissy on Monday and got the truth behind reports that Whitney lip-synched her legendary rendition of the National Anthem at the 1991 Super Bowl.
After Beyonce allegedly lip-synched the song at the Presidential Inauguration many reported that others like Jennifer Hudson and Houston had done so as well.
Cissy told Frazier emphatically:
“Whitney would not do it. She said I want to sing it and she sannnng it!”
